Over 15 years ago, he was joined by Joanne Lavelle, his daughter. Together they provide a full sales, lettings, consultancy, and property dispute resolution service for residential, commercial, agricultural property as well as licensed premises.

The business was started in the 70’s by Michael Lavelle FIPAV, who always had an eye for property. A local businessman, he has been selling, renting, advising on all types of property for almost 50 years – and he’s still going strong! Michael is also Co Louth’s only Fellow of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers – he received this status for his commitment to IPAV and the property industry in Ireland in 2017.
His daughter Joanne Lavelle MIPAV was involved in the business from knee high, but joined the team full time in the early 00’s. She brought to the team marketing, public relations and technology knowledge, having worked in PR for brands like Microsoft as well as some Government agencies in Ireland and the UK. Joanne studied at DIT Bolton St and has a BSc in Property Studies, as well as a PR Diploma in PR. Joanne is also a recognised TEGoVa Valuer (REV status)
Audrey Leonard MIPAV is our customer relationship expert. Having joined over 25 years ago, Audrey is responsible for our CRM and our ‘sales flow’. She is a dab hand at managing our data, and ensuring we’re compliant in GDPR and Regulatory requirement,
Eve Ann Kelly MIPAV is the Sales Supremo! She knows property inside out and her straight talking approach is always appreciated by our clients. Eve Ann genuinely loves property and is our go-to for latest on-market and sales news.
Claire No-Nonsense Delaney MIPAV is our fantastic Lettings Manager. Claire has an eye for detail and is brilliant at helping clients reach their goals as landlords, whilst looking after our busy lettings division. Claire has a BSc in Property Studies from DIT Bolton St and has over 15 years’ experience in the sector.
The Agency is led by father and daughter team, Michael and Joanne Lavelle, who have been working together for over 15 years. Their combined experience means that their clients get the very best mix of proven experience with modern know-how.
Michael established the Agency in the 70’s and has been a property expert for over 40 years. During that time, he has brought his clients through several property booms and busts along the way, so he brings this extensive experience to his clients every day. Michael is an extremely experienced Negotiator and Valuer, and is a long-standing member and Fellow of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).
Joanne combines 10 years of Marketing and PR with 15 years of Property Negotiations, and has recently added Mediation to her skillset. She graduated from DIT Bolton Street with a 1:1 BSc Hons in Property Studies in 2013 and frequently gives information talks on property matters such as Regulation, Customer Care, Local Property Tax, Mediation and the Sales / Rental Markets. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers. Joanne was named Businesswoman of the Year in 2018 (SME sector) by Network Ireland Louth.
Michael and Joanne are supported by a team that has extensive experience in Sales, Valuations, Conveyancing, and Administration. The end result is a seamless service from the first call to closing.
What underpins everything we do is our Independence with a Big “I”. Because we are not franchised or managed from a central Dublin office, we are able to focus more carefully on our clients and work to their individual needs. Equally, our property lists are not dominated by bank sales – a fact which we believe gives us a better operating position in the property market.
